We have been fortunate to have had a visit form the local neighbourhood liaison officer - Miss Stevens who has enlisted our help on a litter and dog-fouling campaign to heighten awareness and reduce the amount of littering and dog-fouling in and around our local area.

 

We discussed what we can do to raise awareness and reduce the amount. We found 3 things we can do: 1. pick up rubbish 2. Ensure our rubbish goes in bins, including our dogs waste. 3. Posters

 

Our children have been tasked with creating eye catching posters that will be displayed around our school as well as hotspot areas around our local area, with the aim to raise awareness and help reduce the amount of litter and dog-fouling around our local area.

 

Hopefully some of our parents have had a chance to speak with Miss Stevens at our playground consultation to support her in identifying litter and dog fouling hotspots and gain information on how to help with this campaign.
