Quiet garden

A Quiet sensory Garden has been created with the help from The Eco-team, Mr Hopkins and Mrs Riddell. Tyre planters have had trees and flowers planted in them, Tyre seating has been installed and a fabulous canopy to create a lovely shaded area. The whole school enjoy using this space to snuggle up read a book and draw pictures as well as having some  quiet time to day dream and reflect upon their day.

Gardening club

The Eco-team informed the gardening club of their aim to encourage wildlife to visit our schools playground. They planted wildlife-enticing plants, trees and flowers, they also created mini herb gardens which are great to smell and see.

This year, Munchkins After School Club are going to be creating an allotment where fruit and vegetables will be grown.
