The school is the admissions authority for in-year admissions and runs the process itself against the same criteria as that used by the Local Authority when allocating Reception places. If a place becomes available the school will contact parents / carers on the waiting list in accordance with the criteria, or allocate against the criteria if no waiting list exists. The school will allocate a place in an appropriate class depending on the mix of the class and places available.
