Over the Easter holidays, the Friends of St Anne's set the children the challenge of creating a piece of 'spring' artwork to display in a gallery. With over 60 entries, the standard was incredibly high — every child brought such imagination, colour and creativity to their work.

Guest judge, local artist Wendy Calder, had the very tough job of choosing between so many brilliant pieces.
