Class parties

Please remember to use the form to choose an item to contribute to the children's Christmas Parties: Class Parties - food donations .

Items for Sun A & Sun C should be brought in on Monday 15th December.

Items for Sun B and all other classes should be brought in on Thursday 18th December.

 

Clubs next week

Mad Science & Colourful Minds have finished for the term and will NOT run next week:

Tiger Martial Arts, Lingohoop & Usports will run as normal.

 

Reminder - After school enrichment clubs - term 3

We're pleased to say that all clubs will continue next term:

Absence reporting

Please remember to report absences using either school@stannesinfants.co.uk , calling the school (voicemail is fine), or submitting an absence on MCAS. If none of these methods are used, then the school will call to ascertain why your child is not present.

Library books

Please can children return these to the box in the library before the end of term.

Personal items & toys from home

Please can parents ensure children do not bring personal items to school. If found, these will be put in the office for collection by parents at the end of the day/week.

Labelling

Please ensure that all items of clothing are labelled (including PE kit) - there is already a huge anount of lost property in the office for parents to collect.

Reminder - Christmas Cards

For those unaware, we have a post box for children to post their Christmas cards for their friends. Please ensure that full name and class are written on the envelope so the 'elves' can deliver them to the right place.

Winter performances

Most tickets have now been sold for winter performances. If you have still not got yours, these are available in the MCAS shop. Please note, the maximum permitted per child is 2 tickets across both performances. We will be ticking names off at the door and will not be able to admit those not booked and over our limit for fire safety reasons.

Year Group Messages

Year 1

Thank you so much to everyone that came to the play today and showed their support to Year 1! The children have worked hard on learning their lines and the songs and we hope you enjoyed!

In English we will be finishing off our stories based on 'Tiger, It's Snowing'.

In Maths we will be consolidating composition of number.

We are also looking forward to doing some wintery arts and crafts and getting in the Christmas spirit!

Miss Pope will be out of class all day Monday and Thursday afternoon and Miss Watkins is out of class on Thursday afternoon. 

Regular reminders

Outstanding payments to be paid to school

Please ensure that you are keeping up to date with payments due to the school. To find out which payments you need to make, you can use either the desktop version of MCAS (example on the left) or the MCAS app (image of the widget on the right).

                                                                       

If not settled, then parents will receive a personalised email detailing any monies owed by the end of each term. If you have an outstanding payment to make and require help with this, please email school@stannesinfants.co.uk .

School dinner pre-ordering

Please order all lunches for the following week by the end of Thursday (every week) on MCAS.

If you do not pre-order lunches for your children, then we cannot guarantee that they will be able to have the school meal of their choice.
