• Holi Celebrations

  Thank you to Miss Griffin (Nursery class teacher) who organised and led the school in Holi celebrations last week in honour of the Hindi religion.

   

  It was great to see the children exploring the similarities and differences with their celebrations. 

• World Book Day

  Thank you to Mrs Fillingham and Mrs Sowerbutts for organising such a fun packed day.

   

  The children were wowed by Michael Maudsley who created stories and songs and mystical worlds. In class they read and enjoyed a range of traditional and more modern stories. Great costumes and fun was had by all!!

   

  The book fair was very popular and managed to raise £275 for the school to buy more books for the library.
