• Curriculum challenge - Outdoor learning; Birds

  During spring, wild birds are busy making nests, laying eggs and waiting for them hatch, there will then be lots of busy bird parents looking after their hatchlings, caring for them and feeding them. Throughout our time at home we may have seen or heard birds around. So this week’s challenge was to spend 5 or 10 minutes sat at our windows or quietly outside looking and listening for birds, thinking about; What birds we could spot? What noises they were making? What types of birds we could see? How many birds we could see?

  Take a look at all the amazing birds we have spotted, the super facts we have learnt and all the great things we have made including costumes, models, feeders, nests plus much, much, much more. 

  

• Curriculum Challenge 2 - VE Day!

  On Friday 8th May 2020, the UK celebrated the 75th VE Day to mark the end of the Second World War. Take a lot at what some of the children from St Anne's got up to!
