  A very happy chatty lunch this week and I got to use the placemat and coaster that was made for me as part of the crisp packet recycling competition!

  We were astonished by the amazing, creative designs that were entered into the crisp packet competition.  It was extremely hard to choose a winner and two runners up!  However Lilly from Year 1, Alex from Reception and Isabella from Year 2 were finally selected!  All the designs were so impressive  and we have displayed them throughout the school and photographed for you all to see.  Thank you to everyone who took part!

  

• Recycling week fun!

  Recycling week was a great success.  All the children had fun in their classes learning about why we should recycle and the facilities we have in school.  We also had a visitor from Bristol Waste who helped the children to remember the importance of reusing, reducing and recycling.  Year 1 had a great time in their Little Music Makers recycling workshop.  What a wonderful week!
